Lessons to be learn from this... What went wrong for NYX, 

1. good acquisition at a bad price 
2. CEO and team not able to execute and operate quickly and efficiently
3. A good man is not a good CEO, a CEO is a mix of a go-getter, deal maker and honest with a clear direction and feasible goals. 
4. Cross selling is overated in this business
