That's factually false. We all know, from what we've read in the press releases, that NMX has received MULTIPLE EXCELLENT OFFERS from DIFFERENT SOURCES OF INVESTMENT. I don't know if you're aware, but that means the market trusts them. Nemaska's problem is that they have too many interested parties, something the vast majority of venture mining companies will never see. Financing is going to take longer due to this massive interest. 

The reason why the SP hasn't gone up is due to potential fears of dillution. Guy Bourassa has been too generous with equity financing. That's because he needed to create a Phase 1 plant to prove the new technology. Most companies do not go through this extra process. The second financing is over with, the very second, you'll have a jump in share price.
