RE:RE:Jugement To me it seems odd to halt PEA until after the amalco is formed and dividend is paid out? 

I can definitely understand halting before this news is released to the public and then letting investors digest the contents for a reasonable amount of time (1 day or so).  After that period, shouldn't investors and potential investors have the freedom to make a choice to buy/sell based on all of the public information available?

It will be Interesting to see the opening price of the amalco trading under the same symbol "PEA" (feels almost certain that the deal will go through in my opinion).
