RE:RE:RE:Short Selling
hockeynut2, if you are talking about the actual certificate, I never said anything about that--so physical yes, you are likely more than right, so my apologise, but if they are in the bank no it is what I had said--so sorry about that. I can ask to gain physical control but then that would mean that they would be pulled off the market correct? If yes, that doesn't help me either as there will be the need to sign the shares away and go through the corresponding paper work as to what I have heard about doing things like this in the past and that defeats the purpose of being able to sell if you would like. Look I'm not against the shares going to wherever they do as long as people are actually selling "their shares" not using them as leverage and collateral. I shouldn't feel that I would need to take this step to go to get physical stock certificates stuff them in a safe or whatever I want to do before selling them which will from my understanding all require lots of paper work and signatures. I know your stance about shorting and you know mine it is I am absolutely against it and I will always be!!! And who knows I will go back and see what I can do to get this banned because that is how much I absolutely disagree with the practice! Like I said, I don't care that the shares are down but if the brokerages who have all the bloody advantages tie up their monies in equities in a bought deal and will have advantages in the future and those at retail tie up their monies don't have all the advantages--yes, I know what you have said about trading and in cases like these I will never disagree but that doesn't address fundamentally and philosophically how much against this I am and will always be. Be as it may, the shares will go up--there is no two ways about it and I will as I had said before to those who got these at $1.30 where I didn't think that it would go less than $1.44 well played or if you are surprised still congrats all the same you got them at a price I never thought they should trade and it was thanks to those who I never thought would go less than 20% profit range--well chalk this up to another lesson one I will never forget but like I said one I find to be really pathetic and disgusting! Not the type of people I would be looking to back me, however, I guess when you go looking for financing you take with you get from who you can get and they will always hold the cards and do whatever the hell they want! Good for them!!! As for averaging don't worry--I placed trust in people who thought would want at least 20% profit ranges--no more. And don't worry--I told you give me 8 months--I will not respond on the boards postings back and forth! You know everything I said and you know what I am up to! C'est la vie!!!
