RE:see page 15 of presentationI was going to extract a clue of the increased OK by copy and pasting delays noted in past news releases. Anyway, were costs "on time and under budget" they would have publicized that, so they're definitely above the $5.7 baseline estimate. Costs fluctuate all the time depending on supply and demand.
