HIT TECHNOLOGIES ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF WARRANTS

Further to the previous news release announcing up to $57,000 in secured convertible debenture financing, Hit Technologies Inc. will also issue an aggregate of 1.14 million share purchase warrants, with each warrant exercisable to acquire an additional share of the company at five cents per share for a period of two years from issuance.

The company plans to use any funds from the exercise of the warrants to finance continuing operations and for general working capital purposes. All securities issued in connection with the above transaction will be subject to a four-month statutory hold period. The financing remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
