RE:RE:RE:Not Impressed with Bruce Linton Are dispensaries legal federally or locally in Canada? If no, then how is Canopy selling (dispensing) their product legally today in Canada? They seem to operate in a grey area. Perhaps the TSX should review this. Seems like a bit of a double standard considering it is legal on a local level in many US states to both grow and dispense as licenses are required to do so in the states where medical and or recreational use is legal.
