Excellon Resources starting to be revalued...?

Excellon Resources starting to be revalued...?It would appear that the news is getting out there and that Excellon will be revalued as indicated in the analyst (redcloud) report... A 10% jump to 2.50 doesn't seem unreasonable in the short term...moving into 4th quarter.
