Price at interesting level

Okay; the price is now holding in the ten cent range. This is where many(myself included) predicted the company would announce a ten cent pp. Lets see if that is case. Either way it is positive because being cashed up derisks the company and allows them to forge ahead with exciting partnerships. I would guess they need at least 2 million at this point. Any thoughts..Birch/?
