Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. It really does seem like this company is purposely trying to drive the stock down. Sure you have to announce your CFO is retiring, but how they did it is just wrong. It's bad enough they didn't have one lined up before the current one retired, especially when they noted in the PR that they have known about it for over a year, but to not temper it with some positive news is just bad execution.
