Synex Renewable Energy Corporation is engaged in the development, acquisition, ownership, and operation of renewable energy projects in Canada. The Company has ownership interests in 12 megawatts (MW) of operating hydro projects in British Columbia and owns a Vancouver Island grid connection and utility carrying on business as Kyuquot Power Ltd. RE:RE:RE:RE:Transparency and honestyThere is no denying current management are terrible. There are small companies that have done more things with less money than synex. This company is too small to be public and will never grow with current management. A failed attempt by Daniel Russell will at least open everyones eyes to the problem. Hopefully we can get this thing out for tender and get the highest bid. This whole mess only highlights how incompetent they all are. Why did current management even get into this fight?
