BKT vs CUZ

Who's been around here for awhile? Who is Brookemont Capital? Was CUZ - Brookemont (BKT.PF) before becoming Cruz? Is that why Cruz uses the ticker BKT in the USA? I noticed the TSX website has a 7 year chart for CUZ??? There must have been something before Cruz - can anybody explain the story here? Lot's of the same names for insiders and directors. Even the Reuters website under CUZ has the following description:
