Ohhh…I get it…in order to propose the idea to Nemaska management or to Magna, at least one brain cell is required and it seems that you fall short in that requirement.
 
Actually, it should be the "talented" Nemaska management that initiates contact with Magna to explore the possibility of a mutually beneficial partnership.
