Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Leaving TSX

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Leaving TSXGTP, as much as I like the idea of suing, I rather have management focus on the big picture.  A lawsuit would demand management's time and energy, distracting them from growing the business.  The whole TSX delisitng issue is a lot of noise.  Give it a few days and it will quietly disappear.  If there is a silver lining, the notices issued on Monday will result in dialogue which should resolve the issue for the benefit of the whole industry.  Cooler heads will prevail.  If the TMX refuses to negotiate in good faith then all bets are off.

Had a friend who went broke twice because of lawsuits.  First time he lost and the second time he won.
