Very well controlled by brokers!
I've been watching and trading this stock for 8 months +/-. It's anyones guess why things are being done the way they are but potentially could be a low ball takeover possibly. I just got back from phnom penh a couple days ago and the development there is unreal. Lot's of chinese and russian $ pouring in there. These guys have the goods it's the million dollar question how cheap they'll let it go for. Anyway my 2 cents. glta

p.s probably see a 700k wall at .135
