RE:RE:Oct 2017 and still under 4 centsI agree.  Anyone doing their DD will probably see the Judge's comments on the conduct of the senior management which will probably have a significant impact on their decsision as to whether or not to invest in this company (or SVG for that matter).  I am surprised that he has permitted these folk to still hold office in a public traded company.  Most of the existing shareholders are probably longstanding and are simply hoping to get back some portion of their investment as opposed to new investors coming on board.  I think what you are saying Ranman is very astute - not much will happen with these two companies until someone simply buys them out and new management is in play.
