RE:RE:RE:Morgan Stanley (053)

RE:RE:RE:Morgan Stanley (053)From what i can gather, the BoD and Mgmt are committed to engaging a Tier One investment bank like Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs ( i believe they met with both in their early sept trip to NY as well as at least a couple of others)

The mandate of an  IB is quite likely a number of fronts.  Not the least of which is aiding in  negotiations, vetting and closing a deal with big pharm.  ( i am hopeful its Boehringer). The other key mandates are Pediatric Voucher monetization(if granted) and Nasdaq IPO listing

I know there are alot of naysayers about a move to Nasdaq,  i am candidly really excited for that to happen.  It will only be done into strength, on the back of Pg approval and likely after a major licensing deal....  A nasdaq listing and the resulting exposure and interest will unquestionably close the large valuation differential between PLI and its peers.   And we will finally be done with the rinky dinc Cdn market thats afraid of its own shadow
