I just dont understand the obsession fear of a reverse split ?

If its done in concert with the IPO... almost as a single event... and done into strength,  there could be literally zero price erosion.   Everyone maintains their prorata interest in the company.  Cant honestly believe the confusion around this.

There is no question that there is a poor history of price erosion in reverse split situations,  but those are almost always situations where reverse splits are being done in a negative situation where a company needs to maintain basic listing requirements or institutional eligibiliy pricing.

that will not be the case here.   Its a NON issue

I will go out on another limb, and suggest that PROMETIC Nasdaq... whatever the symbol is.....  trades immediately up 25% post IPO.....
