Western Copper and Gold Corporation is a Canada-based mining company. The Company is engaged in developing the Casino Project. The Casino Project is a copper-gold mining project in Yukon, Canada. The Casino porphyry copper-gold-molybdenum deposit is located in west central Yukon, in the northwest trending Dawson Range mountains, approximately 300 kilometers (km) northwest of the territorial capital of Whitehorse. The Casino project is located on Crown land administered by the Yukon Government and is within the Selkirk First Nation traditional territory and the Tr’ondek Hwechin traditional territory lies to the north. The Casino Property lies within the Whitehorse Mining District and consists of approximately 1,136 full and partial Quartz Claims and 55 Placer Claims acquired in accordance with the Yukon Quartz Mining Act. The total area covered by Casino Quartz Claims is approximately 21,126.02 hectares (ha). The total area covered by Casino Placer Claims is 490.34 ha.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Copper at 3.22I've always thought that financing was one of the biggest risks however that risk has been there from the start. Years ago when it was trading at $4.00 the risk was there. The project is much closer to being ready and the other key risks appear under control - commodity price, permitting, FN and government support and the road and most importantly, long term projected supply shortages. So why the sudden opinion that this whole thing will tank due to financing?  WRN and the few shareholders with large interests have always known there would come a day when financing would need to be in place. Was it their strategy to ride it to that point and bail?  They couldn't if they wanted to as the stock price would tank if they tried to get out. I think if you believe in the concept then you wait it out. Otherwise, I agree with you. Wait for a spike and sell.
