RE:RE:Tianqi est actionnaire de NMX et il veut grossir...At today's price of $1.61, a takeover offer of $3.00 would be a bit rich, as that would represent a premium of 86%, whereas average takeover premiums are in the neighbourhood of 30-50%.  But with lithium as hot as it is, a higher premium could be justified.  Even $4 is possible.  Between $3-$4 seems like a reasonable guess.
