Reason for price action speculation ....

Reason for price action speculation ....
i like the theory that the #1 reason for the massive action recently is that a buy out offer from GLEN is imminent. That the "independant directors review" is really the public face of a board room battle between the Glen reps and the rest about how much such an offer should b for and when + how it should b presemted ....that its "dirctor share sale freeze component" is the the independant officers way of protecting the position of the general shareholders by preventing GLEN from manipulating the SP downwards while negotiations are held. In other words, that the review is really not so much about financial books issues as it is about the power play politics of a takeover bid and buy out offer It makes total sense that GLEN would like to buy up the remaining shares and delist KAT so they don't have the same transparency rules with respect to KAT reporting and compliance they do now. Plus they'd lose a bunch of the costs associated with running it as an independant Co.. Assuming i'm right ... it'd b fun to have a poll of what a fair buy out price per share would look like ? - $1.50 - $1.75 -$2 - $2.50 - $3 - more I'm gonna say $1.75-2 . Based on the fact there are now almost 10x the number of outstanding shares as there were in its producing heyday of $20 per share and $4 Cu. Interested to hear others' buyout price and related thoughts Those who think the Co price and projections are the driving force behind this run are wrong. The Co revenue will b a nice bonus but it'll b a secondary consideration for years yet. Plus ... the Co price really hasn't moved much the last few weeks but kat has. So Its all about the Cu price ... which allows the Co to be mined too.
