That answer to that question, after I posted it I realized you might not have been answering any of those questions he posed because your 'answer' is worded very strangely. The question was regarding COGS and your answer could be applied to that in a very weirdly worded way (I know you couldn't have been answering (2) because that would make 0 sense).
