Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:Why Arfiria Decided To Sell $80 Million Worth Of Shares...We knew about that a week ago and you've already posted these save 4 points before, your Latin use is new. I'm still much more interested in learning about what books you've been reading recently. Verbatim is common use but ad nauseam is atypical, care to share?

For instance, the 4 points taken verbatim (more latin, crazzzy) from the New Cannabis Ventures article, who took them from the Arfearea short form prospectus... It's these paritcualr points which seem  germane to the overall discussion, from my perspective. Thoughts?

  1. It may need to set up additional facilities in other provinces in future adult recreational markets
  2. Its membership in the “Cannabis Co-operative” may require capital contribution. This organization includes more than a dozen LPs and is focused initially on operating retail distribution in Alberta
  3. It may develop a second 100-acre site in its hometown of Leamington
  4. It may pursue “attractive international investment opportunities outside of the United States”.
