That's the bet. If they guaranteed a 20% Margin in some of the densest fibre rollouts in the world, with a good reputation, and the only company allowed to lay over 200m day/crew.... this would be a 5.00 stock. Now if only we knew that they've completed a 12-15 million dollar contract before... on time... under budget?
