Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

Interesting.  Your first post on Aph Board only to tell us your're leaving.  Nobody knew you were around.

stkfather2 wrote: I dont know about you fellow shareholders but this makes me nervous to hold......the last statement in the NR states, "we remain a listed TSX company".  Why is this issue even mentioned?  Is there a threat to de-listing.  Any threat at all, and I am out!  We dont need this hanging over our heads.
Your thoughts are welcome.  Just a nervous shareholder trying to decide which way to go, buy more or sell out...
