Based on the deal they got, I would say I’m not super impressed with his work. As time goes on am I not upset that did an equity raise, I can see that it was necessary, but I am still bitter about how poor the deal was. A full warrant with barely any premium to the current SP and debentures is a far cry from the deal they got in Jan (which was when they had a different IR team. Granted, the landscape has changed significantly since January but the only company to announce a worse financing deal in the last couple of weeks was Supreme. I am still in disbelief at how good a deal Cronos got.
