RE:RE:SSRM shareholder

RE:RE:SSRM shareholderYep like I said earlier this "latest" share price truly is an anomaly.

For whatever "bad news" was in the Q3 production results, the share price has been completely demolished as if total guidance went down 15 %, yet net guidance remains unchanged and tracking

Completely insane. At this point, I'll take $ 5.00 USD a share and call it a day. This stock is beyond volatile.

This "merger" works because SRRM must buy someone in the next 3-6 months, as long as gold price holds together, with all their cash and short mine lives.  Klondex is selling for 40 % less than a year ago yet their properties are far more advanced and proven.  This market anomoly won't last.

SRRM also has only about 120-130M shares; they can issue another 80M (as Kirkland did to merge Newmarket 1 year ago..) plus $1-$1.25 per share in cash to show good faith and issue fewer net shares.

Another advantage of the deal...both  KLDX and SRRM Nevada properties are relatively close and so are the Canadian operations, all in Manitoba !
