I agree with you both....same old, same old. Let's secure more money so that we are in better position to negotiate and look less vulnerable (no offense Franois)...how many times have we heard that one!

Until we get approval or a freakin deal, we are stuck here. And I am not convinced the the shorters are shaking in their boots at this time!

So frustrating!
