I'm sorry, but you seem to lack even basic knowledge of chemistry/geochemistry.
The formation waters have a certain radioactivity level, because they carry radioactive isotopes of certain elements (e.g., radioactive isotopes of potassium, cesium or strontium) that may be dissolved or associated with (nano)particles. This is a naturally occurring process and has nothing to do with the extraction process.
