Synex Renewable Energy Corporation is engaged in the development, acquisition, ownership, and operation of renewable energy projects in Canada. The Company has ownership interests in 12 megawatts (MW) of operating hydro projects in British Columbia and owns a Vancouver Island grid connection and utility carrying on business as Kyuquot Power Ltd. The Company also has 9.4 MW of construction ready run-of-river projects, applications, and land tenures on another 24 potential hydroelectric sites totaling over 150 MW of capacity, and approximately 16 wind development sites that could provide up to 4,700 MW of clean power in British Columbia. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Daniel Russell is open to conversation with shareholdersAll I am saying is not to vote for the current board. If you do not agree to the board Daniel is putting forward you can still vote against the board put forth by management. The best thing to do is show up at the meeting and say we have had enough. Since there are very few projects left with an EPA putting them on the block for top dollar is better than wasting money on high salaries and legal costs backing known underperformers. I rember them telling me how much of a winner Hawkeye was going to be and how they would put all their eggs in with them and refusing to do other real work. What a joke. How much in legal fees did that alone cost us shareholders? And it is still not over as they are doing appeals.
