The only issue I have is your statement that there isn't much downside. Your downside is 100%. The dilution will be significant and substantial IF CBCA manages to negotiate a debt for equity swap. The loss will be nearer to100% if the negotiations stall and the company goes the CCAA route and a monitor is appointed. Equity holders are right at the bottom of this food chain.
