IB splits the going rate, which can change daily, 50/50. I don't know about minimums.

Fidelity gives YOU 60%, but requires $250K in assets. the rate paid is also subject to daily change, and is automated by computer.

Dunno about other places...

I have 5 digits of shares avg price under a $1 and am in this for the long haul provided news flow continues positive. These kind of programs are very intriguing!

coincidentally, I would guess IB would be able to facilitate the buying/selling of these non US otcbb traded Aussie juniors too like the newly touted by jonathanc PIO.
