Say you have 300,000 shares now, that allows you to get 300000 "rights"
6 rights equals 1 unit
1 unit equals 1 common share and 1 warrant
So in this example you would end up with 50000 common shares and 50000 warrants if fully subscribed (300000 rights divided by 6) at a price of $3000

Actually if you have 300000 shares (on 30 oktober) you only need to sell $3000 worth of shares (e.g. 30000 shares @ 10 cents). The $3000 you can use to buy your rights of 50000 common shares and 50000 warrants. In the end you'll end up having 320000 shares plus 50000 warrants.
