Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Inter provincial trade barriers...We're all on tenterhooks here, waiting with baited breath to know to whom thou wert referring. I was genuinely heartened to read todays' release regarding Vics' proactive dialogue with the TMX, which so completely dispelled all remaining doubt about Aphrias' operations in the U-Nited States.

The other thing I was thinking is that by “provincialism” they don’t necessarily mean that there will be trade barriers but rather that certain provinces may give preference to home province suppliers a la New Brunswick. I’d be surprised if BC or Alberta did that but could definitely see Quebec doing that. It wouldn’t be the end of the world if Aphria had to setup a modest greenhouse in QC to secure better access to their supply chain.

I currently have no positions in Aphria short nor long. I did previously have a big long position in Aphria and think they are by far the safest bet of the big 3. Just because I brought up a significant disclosure in Aphria’s own prospectus does not mean that I am a basher (that type of rhetoric is something I would expect on the Weed board, not here) I just want to engage in thoughtful discussion as to what this disclosure could mean.

I hope you weren't referring to me . I started this topic so I assume you mean me ,so correct me if I'm wrong . Critical thinker I am . Also I am heavy speculater. Although you know your financials/ I had respect for you ,until you start throwing insults like the short bus remark . I'm no coward and admit if I'm wrong and I have been . I've been long with this stock since the 2$ range . I've also made a lot of $ on many others in the sector , while always maintaining a long position in every stock . I'm currently reassessing my trading position and Was considering buying more . This is why I was trying to get educated discussing this matter . You may know your financials Blue but you don't hold averages across the board as low as I do ,without doing some homework. I guess I'll just stay off this board for a while Good luck Aph I wish all shareholder well as I am still one too ,even you Blue.

nope not you, Rcash.
