There are more than 20 world-class companies interested in participating in the Michiquillay Yacimientos Cuprferos project competition to be awarded on December 20, ProInversin announced today.
The Project has generated a lot of interest from companies, which has motivated the ProInversin Board of Directors to approve the prequalification deadline until November 2, while the award date will be December 20, 2017.
"The prequalification and adjudication period has been extended so that more companies participate in this process, so that it is very competitive and transparent for the benefit of the population of Cajamarca and the country," explains the Agency for the Promotion of Private Investment (ProInversin ).
This expansion will also allow the incorporation of the suggestions of the peasant communities, located in the area of influence of the project, gathered in the seven participatory workshops that ProInversin has developed in the area of influence of the project.
