Dutchstock and Buckshot Need to Read this Post...I heard it from Patrick2Bateman that Dutchstock and BuckShot (you have to wonder if they are the same person) are collaberating on a book.  Chapter 1 is about ...driving lower cost producers out of business in a commodity industry by introducing higher prices...   Chapter 2  is about....how to succeed by implementing "last mover advantage" in an emerging market.  

Btw, you have to read Bateman's endorsement of Dutchstock on the CGC board...click on the following link below...  Bateman and Mick are two of the most respected posters on the CGC board.
