gnote, your ok with being stiffed with the Travel and Entertainment tab of $ 248,000? Fringe benefits, what kind of fringe benefits? Bank charges and interest? Penalties for what, it more than doubled. Trustees and registration fees? Investor relations, 391,656? Professional fee's 994,000? These numbers don't bother you? I really have no problem with the severance number, but could it have not been spread out over a couple quarters?
