RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Forget about the EPARespect your opinion, but, if people understood more about the regulatory process and how NDM has mismanaged they might have adequate information to formulate a comprehensive opinion.

The laws of the land (federal Acts), and potential change to them, is a much more difficult proposition and is not going to be influenced by Pebble. 

No, can’t change the past, but can still recognize mismanagement. 

They are not proposing to ship ore, couldn’t afford it. Shipping a floatation concentrate may be proposed because of their misguided notion of cyanide being bad has been publically stated. 

Pray a new controlling partner steps in.
