69 cent bid

69 cent bidNoticed something odd. Yesterday i put an order in for 69 cents til October 25th and near end of day my order was partially filled the last dip to 69 cents. Then this morning we had a small transaction at 69 cents after market open, however it was not my from my order. Wouldn't my order been first in line for that transaction?
