RE:RE:News Release

RE:RE:News ReleaseA before I get jumped all over by Sly for not typing out Encyclopedia Britannica in explanation, I do realize it could be closed long before the stated closing date.

And as a side note, nobody has bothered to discuss why we had to buy another company in order to remain afloat.  Great deal! Fantastic! What happened to the Uranus Bromley BOOOOM?  Everyone was so pumped (and pumping) this stellar one-of-a-kind zeolite that would put the market on its ear.  Apparently zero sales so we had to buy an already established business (but weren't we first to market?) in order to remain viable.
Dragons Den story, I can't find anything beyond the fact that they were on the show.  Did the Dragons actually buy in?  All? One? I have seen deals get struck on the show but then never materialize in the real world.  Have they stepped out of the picture already if they had bought in the first place?
