Let's have a look shalll we:
"
If you didn't have your head stuck up your bunghole you would know that unlike Canopy, Aphria is actually profitable and can use their US profits to further expand into Florida and Maine without using their newly accrued dollars." How can a company without having ever protited $20million aford the $20million Florida donation let alone their businesses in the other states? And again this isn't the question whether the money came from profits that have never happened or not. THE QUESTION IS WHY DOES IT MATTER WHERE THE MONEY CAME FROM OR WHETHER MONEY FROM THIS CURRENT RAISE ENDS UP IN THE STATES IF THEIR AMERICAN OPERATIONS ARE ABOVE BOARD AS THEY HAVE CONTINUALLY SAID????????????
They didn't issue and NR because it is not necessary and they aren't legally abliged to do so. Why have they given NR's for their other Option grants. They choose to when they are done in real time using the current mkt price vs they choose not to when given to insiders during the regulatory quiet period between when a qtr ends and is reported? Can you name and provide an example of even one other TSX listed company that granted options without issuing an NR? This is supposed to give Prof comfort? I mean the guy has some serious money at work here and two years ago he was a self confessed newbie who wasn't even sure was insider sells meant and you give him this answer to sleep on?
His next answer shows beyond any measure of doubt that this cat is from crazy town:
Canopy has more stock in total so you have to look at it in ratio, not just in hard numbers. Go back to middle school you fool. If he had thought to think through his logic he would have stated that of course the bigger company has MORE insider sell, because as he states they represent less of a percentage of the company itself. But alas he got it backwards and seems to state that a smaller company should have more insider sells representing a greater percentage of the company itself. Like I said, crazytown.
Andy isn't too invloved with Aphria. He will often swing by the expansion site for a quick chat but otherwise he sticks to his office. I personally have no idea on the one but last I heard he was based in Fla. So which site are you speaking of and what does he do to earn the Special Advisor title?
Prof, I'll keep at this for you, together we shall get to the bottom of it.

Neither B or M, collectively the aphria bowel movement wanted to take a stab at any of the following questions.
1. For the hundreth time, why is Aphria going out of there way to tell everyone through interviews to their latest disclosures that none of the money raised has or will go to the States? I would really like this answered please as they have said from day one that what they are doing stateside is legal and above board. So why now are they making a big deal of this?
If you didn't have your head stuck up your bunghole you would know that unlike Canopy, Aphria is actually profitable and can use their US profits to further expand into Florida and Maine without using their newly accrued dollars.
2. Why did they not issue a NR when they gave stock options to insiders on July 13th. Why were these stock options priced at $5.24 (the price of July 11th), when this was their quiet period due to earnings coming out on July 12th. LHS issued options today and put out a NR, why has there never been any announcement from the company on these seemingly backdated options?
They didn't issue and NR because it is not necessary and they aren't legally abliged to do so.
3. Why have Aphria Insiders sold more stock than any of the other LP's???
Canopy has more stock in total so you have to look at it in ratio, not just in hard numbers. Go back to middle school you fool.
4. Why does Aphria, a TSX listed company refuse to hold conference calls where the principals might be held accountable for their actions? What are they afraid of exactly.
The leaders of Aphria are busy actually accomplishing their expansions and making a profit. These calls would be unnecessary at this stage.
5. What is Andy Defrancesco's involvement in the company?

Thanks again for the opportunity prof, I'll keep asking until we get us some answers.
