I figured that regarding large shareholders. Also the fine print at the bottom on page 1 says they have to send out financials to shareholders 21 days before end for fined 5K.   Not that this means much.  


Lots and lots of questions.  Too bad their is no clarification from Mag.  What are they going to do with the 3.5 Million?
