On Oct. 10 they indicated that it would take 3-4 weeks to build an inventory of lithium sulfate to begin processing into battery grade lithium hydroxide. So maybe we'll get another update once that's happened and processing has started. Or maybe they'll wait until the lithium had been processed and samples sent to clients. Which could take another few weeks I'm assuming? If financing is imminent that means you've got creditors or investors that aren't willing to wait a few more weeks to see the samples before forking out cash. Seems unlikely to me. I'll be more than happy if they can just obtain all their financing needs by the end of the year.
And, by the very nature of these things, you could turn out to be right (until the final documentation is signed, nothing is certain - and it hasn't
yet been signed). The reason that it may happen sooner rather than later relates to dilution, which the company is trying to minimize. Once the samples come out, there will be renewed upward pressure on the stock price.
What's that quote from Glengarry Glen Ross? Something like, "it doesn't mean squat until you GET THEM TO SIGN ON THE LINE THAT IS DOTTED"! The original was probably more profanity-laced, but you get the idea, lol.
