And, by the very nature of these things, you could turn out to be right (until the final documentation is signed, nothing is certain - and it hasn't yet been signed).  The reason that it may happen sooner rather than later relates to dilution, which the company is trying to minimize.  Once the samples come out, there will be renewed upward pressure on the stock price.


What's that quote from Glengarry Glen Ross?  Something like, "it doesn't mean squat until you GET THEM TO SIGN ON THE LINE THAT IS DOTTED"!  The original was probably more profanity-laced, but you get the idea, lol.
