RE:Does anybody know when these shares become free trading?This private placement was done by SG Spirit Gold before the RTO that turned them into DOJA. According to the news release which you could have found easily on SEDAR there was a "four-month-and-one-day statutory hold period" associated with this private placement.

This doesn't really have anything to do with DOJA and I can't help but feel like this is a disingenious post.
