Your both butting heads on a moot point. Joe, the stock would not be trading here unless the company was getting committments on a pp. So yes. the mkt is comfortable that one is happening. And Kaname; the only reason the indicators are positive is because the stock has moved up off the low because the mkt is reasonably sure this company will be finanaced. So Joe will naturally be right if there is no financing and Kaaname; u will be right if there is one. Case close.....
