Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. RE:😈 Devils Advocate Questions

RE:😈 Devils Advocate QuestionsLunch was served for the directors as they had a private meeting right after the AGM
dont worry about small drops like today on LOW volume
in regard to the Phase 4 I did discuss this at length last night with Cole while at Josie's and he was very frank. He is a. Industrial engineer from U of Windsor and knows how to build greenhouses. As you can see from the pics on Facebook Aphria inc investors group the phase 4 superstructure is in place with the critical footings having poured over summer. The floor is clay and just needs to be levels after the phase 3 cement pour is completed next week as the trucks lined up are in the way of the heavy machinery to get back there from the road as phase 4 is BEHIND phase 3 as there is only so much room between the buildings which has yet to receive paved.
Next while phase 3 will get walls put up and no more trucks the heavy machines can level phase 4 and begin IMMEDIATE Latin g of rebar lattice and intertwined plumbing to prep the floor for the cement pour. this floor space of 600,000 sq ft will take LOT of rebar and plucking and the the cement pour CAN occur even in winter . Phase 4 will NOT sit all winter but the construction crews will move from one phase to the other in a orderly fashion. for example the plumbers are local and they said they have year round work here because they also have to raise the ceiling water plumbing and it is a matter of going from one job I phase 3 to 4. it must be remembered that the cost EFFICIENCY of the 2 phases side by side I. Immense and Cole has figured that out with his profession knowledge.
Also at the table was a engineer from BC that installed the huge CO2 oil extractor from Vitalis company. They discussed how the extractor can recycle the heat into the HVAC keep hot water in the cement floor pipestone winter and cool water in the floor during summer. it was above me but what struck me was how Cole was at every turn trying to economize and be efficie tandutilize EVERY
time period between the union trades. I spoke to the electricians and they have complicated electronics ready for phase 3 and they will go to phase 4 after  that while the plumbers can work along side. I got the impression that the trades had their work schedule on phase 3 and 4 on a continuous simultaneous job and there would be no down time as they get paid by the job done.
hope this helps
i am tired had  a long day driving and tomorrow I will add more tidbits from my snooping around and listening
