RE:RE:RE:Minesa states: delimitation of moor at 3,100 meters !I agree sailor8, but I doubt Minesa will restrict themselves to 3100 meters underground. They can get at significant EOM resources without damaging the surface or the precious Paramo, even though it does not exist there.
