The appeal wasn't to resume work. THO already has that while the highest court decides whether indegenous peoples' rights are being
violated by having THO's silver mine existing at all.
The artilce that said the appeal is to resume work, is really appeal to stop the
blockage and declare it illegal and doesn't fall under acceptable civil disobedience
that society deems is needed as part of social and economic improvement.
The blockade is actually the reverse of that. It is stopping social and economic
improvement and development under realistic safe guards and protection of workers
and environment.
The blockaders are pushing unrealistic ideals and conditions that just don't apply
in the practical and real world. They are fascist or communist idealers, that ultimately
push for fascist or communist rule to get their way.
