I'm sure DYA knows what they are doing in spite of what Dante says. It wouldn't matter what DYA announces someone would spin it to suit there purpose especially the shorters and day traders.
If they didn't sue the complaint would be why not. If they sue then the complaint would be why. This is the case with every NR.
