That any BoD cannot get financials signed off by competent persons beggars belief.
The same financials we were told that would be signed off and back to trading by end of month in April I recall.
You should be preparing for a law suit against this company something is very very wrong.
As things stand just now any thoughts of shareholders receiving money from the "litigation" should be banished from your minds in my opinion.
